The High Lord, book 2 in the series, is currently undergoing a manuscript evaluation with Esme's editor, and being critiqued by her writing group.

Esme is currently working on a first draft of book 3 in the series, Where Darkness Begins, as well as a prequel story, Dragonfall.

Looking for a mix of fantasy, mystery and romance, Esme thinks this cover captures her leading lady, Ellie and themes of darkness and light that run through the Shadows of Ellevor, perfectly.
